Jon H. Merry, Principal

As a principal of his own multiple, successful businesses spanning decades-plus, Jon has thorough experience in myriad aspects of the real estate industry, including: acquisition and disposition; entitlements; construction; and asset-property management, Jon has led dynamic teams over his career within the real estate industry. He holds a license as a commercial real estate broker.

Jon's experience in the real estate industry includes having owned and operated multiple residential, industrial, and commercial properties which gives him the perspective not only from a business-owner and from a tenant-perspective, but also from a property owner perspective. Jon has a solid understanding of the needs of property owners and tenants.

He is active with ICSC, NAIOP, CIDA, and city Chambers of Commerce.
